We know it is good luck if it rains on your wedding day. Well, it was fitting that it poured on those two during the wedding of ‘Bachelor’ Molly Malaneyand Jason Mesnick while it didn’t stop them from having fun.
Mesnick proposed to Malaney on Oct 21, 2009 at the Kohara Lodge in Queenstown of New Zealand, the location where they first met and fell in love. Molly Malaney wedding followed the couple leading up to the nuptial-arranging wedding location, registering for gowns, sampling cake. Mesnick said “We don’t want an hour-long ceremony and assigned seating and fancy food. I’d rather have people walk away saying that was the most fun, badass wedding I’ve ever been to!”
Molly Malaney and Jason Mesnick married on February 27, 2010. It is a romantic raining wedding held on a lawn at Terranea Resort in California. Malaney wore a strapless floral wedding dress paired with shining jewelry and carried a white orchid bouquet. Her curly hair was up in a loose twist. She absolutely looked glamorous and perfect in the bright dressing and a bit misty beautiful scene. Mesnick was good looking in a dark suit.
Over 300 guests, including another former Bachelor stars Trista and Ryan Sutter, attended the Bachelor stars wedding ceremony sitting on ottomans and holding umbrellas. Believe it or not, a rainbow lastly appeared -American Idol Jason Castro’s production of “Somewhere over the Rainbow” as the bride walked down the aisle on the arm of her father.
The couple exchanged vows under an altar consisted of tree branches and some driftwood decorated with white lilies and orchids. As that time the rain started pouring, but the two were still keeping in good spirits. Malaney’s hair was plastered against her cheek and her gown was soaked while she smiled throughout, deeply gazing at her lover.
Following the vows, a reception was held in ballroom. Molly and Jason shared their first dance to “Follow Through” performed live by Gavin DeGraw.
