On July 14, 2010, the soccer star said ‘I do’ to his love, Claudia Schattenberg-Philipp Lahm married. The couple, who has known each other for ten years, began their special day with a traditional and intimate civil ceremony in the small Bavarian town of Aying, around 25km south of Munich, where Lahm played at Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich.

Only teammate Andreas Ottl from Bayern Munich and 100 family and friends attending Philipp Lahm and Claudia Schattenberg’s wedding ceremony. This is just evidence to the request by the Germany Captain Philipp Lahm that a private wedding without the media hype and the curious.
Lahm looked so manly and passionate when he held his wife’s hand in a black suit and white tie adorned with white roses. Although Claudia Schattenberg wore a white princess wedding dress with veil and crown on the back hair from a normal Munich store but not designed by a renowned designer, she is also beautiful, glamorous, sexy and florid. The dress is simple but flattering Claudia, adding beading and lace details. Brides-to-be who would like a casual, simple and traditional wedding will be ecstatic and revivable.
The newlyweds were so happy and sweet, toasting with beer and sitting in a black and powder red horse-drawn carriage which is the style of a Maybach SW 38 Year 1939 Cabriolet.
As they say ‘I do’ to each other with the blessing of God during the Claudia Schattenberg’s wedding ceremony conducted by the mayor of Aying, tears were flowing.
